Phase 3 training sessions are structured in two parts.
Game Performance: The first part of the training sessions focuses on position-specific repetitive drills, designed to reinforce technique and develop muscle memory that translates directly to in-game performance.
Decision-Making: The second part of the training sessions consists of passing and running plays in a controlled setting with stoppages. These pauses allow for real-time teaching, where each play is reviewed to understand decision-making, player reactions, and execution. This approach helps athletes develop their understanding of the game and improve their ability to react effectively in live game situations.
